\nTo assist skipper, when necessary, with launching and berthing at the pontoon<\/p>\n
\nMeet at 11.30 am for briefing and to collect sails.
\nRigging practice at 12:00pm,
\nLaunch at 12.30pm Practice (Team swap halfway through)
\nFinal Berth and Derig at 3.30pm
